Bridge Kids Director

AT FIRST GLANCE

Job Title: Kids Director

Location: Majority On-Site

Scott Depot, WV

Full Time

Directly Reports To The Elders

ROLE SUMMARY

We believe that the emerging generations are as much a part of the church as adults, and therefore should be cared for, taught, and equipped to follow Jesus at an early age.  The evidence shows that the likelihood of a person becoming a follower of Jesus is highest in the formational years of childhood.

The Bridge Kids Director oversees our ministry to children from birth to fifth grade.  He or she will work to develop an ecosystem in which children can mature into passionately engaged followers of Jesus.  This will involve partnership with parents in the home as well as the corporate experiences of worship, community, teaching, and mission we share as a church family.  In addition to the children, the Bridge Kids Director is also responsible for relating effectively to and caring for parents and the Bridge Kids volunteer team.
